Auxiliary Accountant (F/M) – Permanent Position

About the role
We are looking for an Auxiliary Accountant to join our headquarters in Marseille. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support the accounting team in daily operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and record all financial transactions.
- Process supplier invoices, expense reports and customer payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements.
- Assist in month‑end closing and preparation of basic financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with French accounting standards and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Relevant accounting qualification (BTS Comptabilité, DUT GEA or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of French accounting regulations.
