Web Developer – SEO (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Web Developer with strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expertise to design, develop and optimise our digital platforms. The role focuses on improving website visibility and performance in search engines while delivering responsive, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page and technical SEO strategies.
• Analyse web performance metrics and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align development work with digital growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in front‑end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience creating user‑friendly, responsive layouts.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools for monitoring performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in the luxury or high‑end market is a plus.
