Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join its technology practice. You will help deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions for clients in banking, insurance, natural resources and high‑tech by building and maintaining automated testing frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and contribute to the automation testing strategy, selecting test cases suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts to maximise coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Review test plans, scripts and execution reports to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Participate in project risk assessment, tracking and mitigation activities.
• Develop, optimise and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support their orchestration.
• Select and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies for each project.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automation testing or QA automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Fluent in French (written and verbal).
• ISTQB or automation‑specific certification is a plus.
