Spa Therapist (Male/Female) – Full Time

About the role

Join the spa team at Sheraton Nouakchott Hotel and deliver high‑quality massage and body‑treatment services to guests. You will create a relaxing environment, assess client needs, and ensure safety and comfort throughout each session.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health information and contraindications before each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, including sterilizing tools.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Escort guests to and from treatment areas and monitor their comfort.
• Follow Marriott International policies for guest conduct and safety.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• State or regional massage license as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift items up to 10 lb.
