Sourcing Analyst

About the role

The Sourcing Analyst will support the procurement teams by executing operational sourcing activities, managing contracts, and driving value‑creation initiatives. You will work across categories to identify needs, engage suppliers, and ensure compliance with global policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute transactional and quick‑win sourcing projects, including RFI/RFP, e‑auctions, and face‑to‑face negotiations.
• Implement and manage contracts, handle price adjustments, and resolve invoicing escalations.
• Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and expiration dates to maximize value for the company.
• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability projects within procurement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and departmental policies, maintain audit trails, and update RPSS procedures.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in management, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sourcing results and cost models.
• Project‑management skills and ability to handle cross‑functional, cross‑country initiatives.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
