Sound and Light Technician (M/W) – Resort Entertainment

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a Sound and Light Technician (M/W) to deliver high‑quality music and lighting for a variety of resort events. You will work behind the scenes in spectacular venues, from mountain‑top stages to beach locations, ensuring every show creates a magical experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide music and lighting for the resort’s events and shows.
• Set up, test and operate microphones, speakers, lighting rigs and LED screens.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all systems function correctly.
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to transform productions into memorable moments.

Required profile

• Rigorous and organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical mastery of sound and lighting equipment.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes while understanding the impact on the guest experience.

Required skills

• Operation of professional sound systems and audio mixing.
• Lighting control, programming and LED screen operation.
• Microphone and speaker setup and configuration.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for technical equipment.
