Senior Sales Administration Specialist

About the role

The Global Sales Administrator supports Mastercard Commerce Media’s sales team by providing tools, training, and pipeline management to drive successful advertising deals. This senior position oversees the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and report on the sales pipeline, closed sales, and renewals.
• Manage sales contracts, the sales process, and merchant onboarding.
• Maintain product catalog assets such as brand logos, images, and maps.
• Create, update, and deliver training documentation, checklists, case studies, and global sales materials.
• Lead business reviews and produce monthly analytics to demonstrate product value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales administration and training within a global organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build relationships across all internal levels.
• Persistent, urgent approach to task completion and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
