About the role
The Revenue Supervisor oversees the end‑to‑end revenue process for all business units across the group, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and robust revenue recognition. Reporting to the Finance Manager in Mauritius with a dotted line to the Director FP&A, the role acts as a bridge between operations, finance, commercial and support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the complete revenue cycle, including invoicing, revenue recognition and month‑end close.
- Analyse FMS reports to identify uninvoiced loads and revenue leakages, and work with Operations to resolve them.
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery uploads, ensure corrective actions for timely invoicing, and reconcile invoices across all units.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoices are sent for acquittal and correctly reflected in FMS.
- Prepare weekly ageing reports on uninvoiced items, detailing causes of delays and corrective actions.
- Engage with Rating and Commercial teams to resolve rating issues and missing rate communications.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA (part‑qualified) with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive team player capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
