Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inbound and warm leads daily.
• Engage potential customers professionally and effectively.
• Schedule appointments directly into agents' calendars.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and update lead information.

• Meet productivity benchmarks and outreach targets.
• Participate in team development and coaching sessions.
• Support additional lead engagement activities as assigned.
