About the role
Park + Associates is seeking an intermediate Project Architect to lead design and construction administration for projects in Singapore. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can collaborate with senior architects and manage stakeholder communications.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the design process from concept through construction administration to ensure design consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and Design Director during design development and implementation.
- Manage project communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare submission drawings and documentation for local authorities.
- Produce construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings.
- Oversee overall project coordination from design inception to completion.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, authority submissions, and construction details.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
