About the role
As an Order Fulfillment Associate you will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, directly influencing sales and the luxury shopping experience. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes based on volume and express orders.
- Execute hold orders within 24 hours, input shipping confirmations, and update order status in the system.
- Inspect, package, and prepare footwear and other merchandise for shipment, verifying quality, newness, and correct labeling.
- Process customer returns, track store returns, confirm return dates fall within policy windows, and assess resale condition.
- Handle refunds, return resalable merchandise to appropriate departments, and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of wrap and pack supplies, reorder as needed, and ensure privacy and cybersecurity compliance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow up and meet tight timelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Experience using SAP, CTS, and IP platforms.
- Comfortable working with computers and inventory management software.
