Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Automation Specialist will design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end messaging solutions that enable marketer strategies. You will own the solution from concept through quality assurance and monitor its impact on user engagement. The role is pivotal in delivering a high‑quality user experience through rigorous testing and peer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Engage marketers in refinement sessions to clarify strategy requirements and finalize intake.
• Build messaging solutions and conduct self‑quality assurance testing.
• Perform peer‑review quality assurance for Marketing Operations counterparts to achieve deployment‑ready status.
• Monitor solution deployment for a limited period to identify and remediate potential bugs.
• Use business intelligence reporting or analytical queries to assess business impact and inform future refinements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot potential bugs.
• Excellent written communication for documentation, solution design, and insights.
• Effective communication skills across globally diverse cultures.
• Curious, analytical mindset and willingness to be on‑call for critical launches.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Experience with messaging platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Basic or working knowledge of Liquid, HTML or SQL.
• Understanding of messaging best practices for email, push, and in‑app communications.
