IT Support Executive – Manage Daily IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to oversee daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology environment. The role involves managing camera systems, domain and hosting services, portals, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer various IT systems, including camera surveillance, domain/hosting, and internal portals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, networking, and software issues.
• Control and monitor data access, network security, and backup processes.
• Negotiate with third‑party software providers for new solutions and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate hardware purchasing, vendor communication, and ensure timely delivery of IT assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support or management role.
• Proven experience solving a wide range of software and hardware problems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
