About the role
Tribe is seeking experienced finance professionals to join our team. You will deliver friendly, efficient, and customer‑focused financial services, supporting a range of management tasks across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Perform credit control and payroll administration
- Oversee receipts, payments and GST returns
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain journals
- Support budgeting, cost‑centre management and financial reporting
- Ensure high‑quality data entry and transaction processing
Required profile
- Proven experience in a finance‑related role using systems such as Xero, MYOB or SAP
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work independently
- Organised with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to work remotely or onsite as business needs dictate
- New Zealand citizenship, residency or a valid work visa
