Fashion Buyer / Product Officer

About the role

The Fashion Buyer/Product Officer will manage selected product categories, coordinating closely with design, development, production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to our stores. This role serves as the primary liaison with vendors, guaranteeing that each collection piece arrives complete and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate prices and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Prepare price documents and purchase orders for approval.
• Monitor order progress from development through delivery, including factory visits.
• Alert internal departments of potential delivery risks or deviations from plans.
• Issue documentation for date changes and recommend penalties when applicable.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the entire order process.

Required profile

• Graduate in Clothing Technology, Fashion Design, Merchandising or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a buyer in fashion retail, or in a supplier/manufacturer serving fashion companies.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.

• Fabric sourcing expertise.
