About the role
The Designated Beauty Advisor for Bobbi Brown at Holt Renfrew will deliver exceptional service to luxury beauty customers, building lasting relationships that drive sales and brand loyalty. This commission‑based position focuses on personalized client experiences, product expertise, and proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently provide extraordinary service to all customers.
- Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales and service targets.
- Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
- Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
- Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
- Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments.
- Attend all product and brand education sessions.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods.
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum two years experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
- Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
