About the role

The Client Support Administrator provides essential administrative and document‑management services to ensure smooth operations for client services teams within a global fund administration environment. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and external partners, handling confidential information with precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch, courier arrangements and notary documents, maintaining accurate logs.
  • Coordinate internal document circulation, scanning, printing and archiving of both physical and electronic files.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, handling logistics and related documentation.
  • Prepare statutory returns on Mauritius Network Services and assist with regulatory filings.
  • Update and maintain bank details, handle bank statements and support payment approval processes.
  • Support routine corporate secretarial tasks, including certification, notarisation, apostille and director KYC documentation.
  • Provide operational support to client services teams, compile data, monitor deadlines and prepare disbursement forms.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of administration experience, preferably in a global business setting.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent diploma from a recognised institution.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly and collaborate effectively.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
