Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Citi Global Wealth Management SAM is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices in Monaco. The role focuses on delivering tailored investment advisory services and building long‑term trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their businesses, wealth sources, and life events that impact finances.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial advice and coordinating with product specialists to create comprehensive solutions.
• Identify and address client needs, including investment, risk management, liquidity, and wealth transfer objectives.
• Set and monitor performance goals, prioritize activities to drive revenue growth, and manage the client portfolio efficiently.
• Build a referral network, generate new business opportunities, and close deals in line with firm interests.
• Support team members, share knowledge, and collaborate to enhance overall client service.

Required profile

• Proven experience serving UHNW clients or family offices in a wealth‑management or private‑banking environment.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk tolerance assessment, and wealth‑transfer strategies.
• Ability to anticipate significant financial events and act as a strategic partner.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across generations.
