Business Relationship Officer

About the role

The Business Relationship Officer supports the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. This position is based at the Las Pinas‑Pamplona branch and works closely with the Branch Manager to drive retail banking sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales call plans, reports, and action‑plan documentation.
• Develop and execute effective sales activities to promote retail banking products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year) in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a sales‑focused banking environment.
• Strong adaptability and leadership mindset.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management and risk‑management controls.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures.
