About the role
The Beauty Sales Manager leads a high‑performing team of sellers within Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty department. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and customer service targets for the assigned area.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Motivate, coach, and retain a high‑performing team.
- Collaborate with other store managers to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with privacy and cyber‑security policies.
- Oversee the Designated Beauty Advisor program and partner with vendors on goals.
- Develop and grow an active client base through relationship and loyalty programs.
- Serve as manager‑in‑charge when required and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Analyze inventory performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage payroll expenses while meeting business needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of supervisory experience with a proven record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive change.
