About the role
QIMA is seeking an Audit Coordination Leader to drive the performance of audit coordination activities across the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators, ensuring operational excellence, high‑quality service delivery, and strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and support a team of Audit Coordinators, monitoring performance and implementing continuous improvement.
- Oversee audit schedule arrangements across EMEA, aligning with client requirements and deadlines.
- Supervise supplier onboarding and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, inspectors and auditors.
- Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise, location and service type, optimizing routing and transport costs.
- Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMA’s quality standards and drive corrective actions for recurring issues.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast‑growing, global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle escalations effectively.
