About the role
Apex Group is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the delivery of corporate administration, accounting and AML services across its global operations. You will act as a key escalation point, ensure compliance with the control environment and translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and lead delivery of corporate administration, accounting and AML services.
- Maintain full adherence to the prevailing control environment and act as escalation point for technical queries.
- Influence risk, cost and control agendas and translate strategy into operational plans.
- Collaborate with global functional leads, CRM and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business and product lines, promoting personal development.
- Analyse performance and productivity metrics, prepare internal reports for executive leadership and conduct variance analysis.
- Support people management, coaching, talent development and diversity initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate administration, accounting or AML service delivery.
- Strong understanding of risk, cost and control frameworks.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing teams.
