AI Value & Business Insights Lead – Data Architect

About the role

The AI Value & Business Insights Lead – Data Architect will bridge business expertise and data‑architecture skills to turn AI outputs into actionable insights for the Mobility Aftermarket unit. Working closely with Bosch AI/analytics teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure AI solutions drive measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Understand key Mobility Aftermarket processes such as sales, pricing, trade marketing, supply chain and customer behaviour.
• Identify high‑value AI and analytics use cases and translate commercial questions into structured data requirements.
• Design, build and manage data pipelines and cloud‑based data structures.
• Enable AI and analytics solutions by providing the necessary data foundation.
• Interpret AI results and convert them into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ensure data solutions are reliable, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong business knowledge of Mobility Aftermarket or a similar industry.
• Hands‑on experience in data architecture and building data pipelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with AI/analytics teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of turning analytical results into business value.
